Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are factory. we have been provicding OEM & private lable hearing aids for customers worldwide for over 10 years. also we have our own factory in Baoan, Shenzhen, Welcome to visit us at any time.

Q: How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends
on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: 1.No, we could not offer the sample for free charge and do not pay the cost of freight.

2.we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Q: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, we offer 1-2 years warranty to our products.

Q: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For
defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution i
ncluding re-call according to real situation.

Q: Do you have any product with patent design?
Most of hearing aids are original with our exclusive patent design. We have applied the patents.

Q: Do you have testing report and certificates for hearing aids?

We passed BSCI, ISO13485, ISO9001, C-TPAT, SQP, CVS HEALTH, etc audit, and all products with CE, RoHS, FDA certificates.  our hearing aids can sell to world wide.
